The purpose of present researches was studying of dosedepending effect of amaranth oil on the background of diet-therapy on patients with ischemic illness of heart (IIH) and hyperlipoproteidemia (HLP) with adiposity. Research tasks:
1. To estimate dynamics of clinical symptoms of IIH and adiposity.
2. To estimate dynamics of biochemical parameters (firstly of lipid spectrum of blood serum) of patients with IIH and HLP with adiposity.
3. To estimate dynamics of fat-and-acidic structure of erythrocytes' membranes of patients with IIH and HLP with adiposity.
4. To estimate dynamics of parameters of system of POL-antioxidant protection of patients with IIH and HLP with adiposity.
5. To estimate dynamics of parameters of humoral immunity of patients IIH and HLP with adiposity.
6. To estimate organoleptic properties and bearableness of amaranth oil.

Criteria of inclusion and exception.
Criteria of inclusion: women and men in the age of 32-68 years, suffering from IIH and HLP with adiposity.

Criteria of exception:
1. Transferred insult, heart attack of myocardium, coronary angioplasty or operation аоrtocoronary shuntings for 3 months before research.
2. Diagnosing of sharp coronary insufficiency (astable stenocardia) for 3 months before research.
3. Renal, hepatic insufficiency.
4. Presence of sharp or aggravated chronic diseases.
